Battery powered friction weld tool for Polyprop and Polyester
This battery powered HIGH TENSION friction weld strapping tool is simple to operate, both straps are inserted into the tool together making strap threading easy. This tool applies exceptional tension up to 3000n with ease. Thanks to the battery operation, the working range is extended independent of any power supply. The sealing time is adjustable to give optimum seal efficiency and it can be set to the specific strap specification to improve the tools performance and increase the number of strap cycles per battery charge. The individual tension adjustment enables you to acheive the correct strap tension to reduce load movement.
